Hi, my name is Sam Baar and I’m the owner of Loose-Gemstones.Org. We are an online retailer based in Phoenix, Arizona. We offer unique gemstones from around the world at low retail prices. You will find a mixture of custom cut gemstones, commercial cut gemstones, as well as stones faceted by me. I take a great deal of pride in the gemstones we sell and believe strongly in full disclosure and accurate photos of our products. We do not have restocking fees, and returns are no questions asked for 14-days after you receive your order. 
Loose-Gemstones.Org is the name of this website but AZEMERALD is the name of our company. Please note AZEMERALD will show when you make your payment.
Shipping and Handling
Most orders will ship next business day.
We ship FedEx Express 2 DAY to our US customers for a flat fee of $15.
Please contact us if you have special shipping requests.
International Orders
Countries we sell and ship to include: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
International customers should contact us before ordering to discuss shipping options and cost.
When ordering from Loose-Gemstones.Org, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Before you receive shipment it may be subject to custom fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges of your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns
All purchases come with a 14-day money back guarantee for any reason other than damage minus shipping costs. We will not take back damaged gemstones.

Payment Options We accept PayPal, and wire transfers at this time. You can pay with any credit card through PayPal and do not need a PayPal account. If you would like to pay with a wire transfer please email or call us for the routing information.
